Employers review your profile and video. If they think you’re a great match for their role, they send a connection request. Swipe right to accept, swipe left to reject — it’s that simple. You’re always in control of who gets access to you.
Once connected, you can arrange to talk further, accept their request for an interview, or proceed to inviting them to your auction. If you decide to invite them, a standard auction contract is issued to both parties and must be e-signed before the auction can proceed.
